Second ally engrave is ok at lv.1, you can level it up if you want but neglecting it after getting it at lv.1 is no problem. This build is not made for late end game, it's for the early end game for those who are low in i.lv between 250 - 600/700. This is made or those who don't have a lot of time to farm the skills points and those who doesn't want to rush too much. The card are a bit contracdictory, cuz they're high rng base content, but they're the only good card set for this class.
If you want to focus on one engraving you can focus on Hit Master, Keen blunt weapon or Super charge, cuz they're the safest one to upgrade. When you're low lv, you can't really take a lot of damage so it's better to not invest on Grudge or Cursed doll, cuz they make you frailer.
The stats for Atk power and HP are from a i.lv 360.
Small advice : Max out blade storm first for lv.10, since you can get surrounded easily and this skill is pretty powerfull (can one shot small mobs or put them really low health)
For the combos :
Atomic arrow is for the amplified damage (the debuff take effect after the explosion), it's important to use this skill before your combo.
Against a boss, don't try to use Snipe and charged shot, they make you vulnerable and you can mess up easily by letting your guard down. Use them after the boss shield broke or when you learn the boss patern and timing.
Moving slash for the mobility (more dash = more safe spot and better positioning) /!\ Care it doesn't go through enemies /!\
You need to be a bit carefull for blade storm since it's an short range skill.
Arrow shower, arrow wave and sharp shooter can be use as you like since they're quick; cast spell and have a pretty long range (Arrow wave and sharp shooter are not that long so be a bit carefull)..
